Mornings set the tone for the rest of the day. With daylight savings causing disruptions, it's the perfect time to reassess and refine your morning routine. A well-structured, stress-free morning can boost productivity, improve mood, and promote overall well-being. Here’s how to create a smooth and relaxing start to your day.

1. Prepare the Night Before

  • Set out your clothes, pack your bag, and prep meals ahead of time.

  • Create a to-do list for the next day to clear your mind before bed.

  • Establish a relaxing bedtime routine to ensure quality sleep.

2. Wake Up Gently

  • Use a gradual light alarm or calming sound to ease into the morning.

  • Avoid hitting the snooze button to maintain a consistent wake-up time.

  • Stretch or do light movement in bed to awaken your body gently.

3. Hydrate and Nourish Your Body

  • Start with a glass of water to rehydrate after sleep.

  • Enjoy a balanced breakfast with protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

  • Limit caffeine intake initially and opt for herbal tea or warm lemon water.
